Novacel to Showcase Its Latest Eco-Designed Process Films at EuroBLECH 2026

OXYGEN: Combining Industrial Performance with a Reduced Carbon Footprint
As manufacturers continue to seek ways to lower the environmental impact of their operations without compromising productivity, Novacel is expanding its commitment to sustainable innovation through its OXYGEN range, the market's first eco-designed process and protection films portfolio.
Among the highlights on display will be OXYGEN Vegetal+ 3300GAC, an eco-designed alternative to the renowned 4228REF laser cutting film. Made from more than 80% bio-based materials, this innovative solution is designed for laser cutting applications on stainless steel and aluminum. It enables manufacturers to significantly reduce their carbon footprint while maintaining the reliability, cut quality, and productivity required for demanding industrial processes.
Novacel will also present OXYGEN Recycled 3134, developed specifically for pre-painted metals. Incorporating 25% post-consumer recycled polyethylene, this solution helps reduce CO₂ emissions while delivering the technical performance expected by metal processors.
Live Demonstrations Throughout the Show
Throughout the exhibition, Novacel experts will conduct live demonstrations of protective film application on stainless steel using a Walco by Novacel laminating machine. These demonstrations will provide visitors with the opportunity to experience the performance and ease of application of Novacel solutions under conditions that closely reflect real industrial environments.
The Novacel team will also be available to discuss key industry challenges related to surface protection, operational efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
