Q2-Splice tapes are the best solution for automatic splicing processes in the printing and converting industry for both paper and plastic films. They provide enhanced efficiency for the process and reduce splice failure rate.

Preparing Novacel’s Q2 splice is quick and easy: we estimate that operators can make a 75% time saving compared to using traditional adhesive tape.

A special self-splittable carrier that has an adhesive:

provides a very high instantaneous adhesion on each face and carrier
ensures safe closure as the new reel accelerates
prevents the formation of air pockets due to that acceleration.
enables precise opening after contact with the ending reel.
