A water-soluble film made from a biodegradable substrate
Watersoluble is made from PVOH (or polyvinyl alcohol), a synthetic material known for its biodegradability and water solubility.
This innovative polymer is a particularly attractive solution from an environmental standpoint, as it does not release microplastics when it degrades.
Combined with a water-soluble adhesive, the new Novacel film dissolves quickly in water, without solvents or chemical treatment. A simple spray of water is enough, and dissolution can even be accelerated in hot water.
